Shipping policy

When do the orders dispatch? 

We roast our coffee every Tuesday. If you have placed your order before noon on a Monday, your coffee will be roasted, packed, and dispatched the following Thursday of that week.

If your order is placed after noon on a Monday, your order will be carried over to the next subsequent production day.  

 

Estimate Delivery Times 

Please allow 2-3 business days after your orders have been picked up by our delivery partners. 

Please note that these estimated delivery timings are provided by our delivery partners, we are unable to give assurance in light of any potential shipping delays, especially in times when there is a surge in demand for delivery services. We seek your kind understanding. 

 

Tracking 

All orders are sent with tracking details which can be used to follow up with our delivery partners for more updates.
