Pourover Filter
Brew 13g coffee in a dripper with 200g 93°C water in 4 x 50g pours. Bloom 50g for 30s, drain fully between pours, total brew time 3 minutes.

Espresso Based
18g dose, 36g yield in 25s at 93°C.
