When do the orders dispatch?
We roast our coffee every Sunday. If you have placed your order before noon on a Thursday, your coffee will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday.
If your order placed after noon on a Thursday, your order will be carried over to the next subsequent production day, unless we have some excess from our previous roasting session.
When can I pick up my order from Lazy Cloud Cafe?
Orders placed with Lazy Cloud Cafe can be picked up any time from Tuesday onwards. We're open every Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. Just pop in and let our team know your order number, and we'll get your goodies ready for you!
Estimate Delivery Times
Please allow 2-3 business days after your orders has been picked up by our delivery partners.
Please note that these estimated delivery timings are provided by our delivery partners, we are unable to give assurance in light of any potential shipping delays, especially in times when there is a surge in demand for delivery services. We seek your kind understanding.
I need my coffee ground
We believe that the best coffee is freshly ground, and we think you'll agree once you take a sip of our coffee. We are proud to offer only whole bean coffee, which means that our beans are never pre-ground. If you would like your order ground, though, please make sure to specify your preference such as "V60" or "Espresso" in the comments upon checkout.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking details which can be used to follow up with our delivery partners for more updates.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as coffee is a perishable item.
